Initial Charges
Application Fee: An application per admission/application form is payable upon collection of the admission/application form. The application fee is not refundable. This is to reduce the wastage of forms, and to save the environment. This also enables us to keep a track on our forms and applicants as well as the seat allocation and admission count.
Guaranteed Place Fee: Once a place is offered, parents must confirm their child’s place at LDR by paying lump-sum amount discussed with the admission committee. This amount is considered towards the fees of the child and is not refundable.
No Hidden Cost
The school has a strict policy of no hidden charges.
School Fees : The annual fees encompass the following:
| School Essentials | The academic program, Worksheets, Common Stationery, Library, Lab and School services, amenities, and facilities. (for all classes). |
| Life skills, Co-curricular Activities | All essential field trips, events, in-house events, co-curricular and extracurricular activities offered by the school which are vital for life skills and holistic learning. |
| Portfolio | A monthly compilation of child’s work. |
The annual fees do not include the following for all the classes:
- Almanac, Notebooks, and textbooks, and Portfolio folder.
- Uniform, Shoes, Bag, Personal Stationery.
- Transportation fees and External Competition / Examination Fees.
- Board registration and examination fees.
- Photos, Videos, Costume rentals for events, picnics, overnight trips/ Camps are not included in the fee structure.
- Transportation Fees.
Payment Terms and allowances:
Fees are payable on a term-by-term basis and in advance.
There are 3 standard methods of fee payments:
- Yearly (one-time payment of full fees)
- Half-Yearly (ECS – Direct Debit of fees)
- Quarterly (ECS – Direct Debit of fees)
Terms and Conditions:
Fees once paid will be neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
Administrative charges for bounced cheque will be Rs 100/- per instance
Payment delay beyond the deadline may also result in cancellation of admission, and seats may be allocated to new admissions.
For any admission withdrawal, while the academic year is in progress, parents must submit a withdrawal application one month in advance and pay the full fees until the end of the respective instalment period.
All the remaining dues have to be settled before the withdrawal can be processed.
If the child does not attend the school for three months or more without any leave notification, or any withdrawal application, the admission will be considered cancelled. No refund of fees will be provided after that.
